What the 24-month partnership means

01The setup fee confirms the project and funds part of the initial work; the remaining build, product licences, and continued development are spread across the agreement.
02Development hours are planned quarterly so they are used where they can have the greatest impact.
03Client data and content always remain theirs. Code delivery and ownership are defined in the agreement.
04The 24-month route is optional. The same work can be purchased as a conventional project without a long-term agreement.

05 — Common questions

Before you decide

Why is there no single fixed price for custom software?

Users, integrations, data, and risk determine the scope. We therefore publish a realistic starting point and confirm the full frame after analysis, rather than quoting a low number that will not hold.

Can we begin without a complete specification?

Yes. The analysis package is designed for situations where the problem is known but the right solution or scope is not yet clear.

Do we always need a custom solution?

No. Novamedia operates its own software products and specialist brands. If an existing product is the better fit, we will say so.

Can we buy less work than a package?

Yes, focused work can be billed hourly. The packages are useful when the work needs a shared frame and a defined outcome.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. All prices on this page exclude VAT and are intended for businesses and institutions.
