    The customer picks a departure and return date with real-time availability, and gets an instant confirmation.

  2. Add vehicle and buyer details

    Vehicle type, size category, and contact details are entered — the price updates by size category and the dates picked.

  3. Add extras and pay

    Add-ons like a car wash or shuttle are selected, payment runs through a secure gateway, and a receipt is sent instantly.

A flat monthly base fee based on the number of parking spaces, plus a small per-space charge. For example, an operator with 15 spaces pays around ISK 18,000 per month on the Small plan.

Can BasePark handle multiple lots for the same operator?

Yes. A single account can manage several parking lots, each with its own branding, rate plan, and capacity.

How does white-labelling work?

Each operator gets a custom domain, colours, logo, and typography — customers never see the BasePark brand, only yours.

Can it connect to licence-plate recognition and gates?
